And be ready in the (sun on red radius horizon) morning, and come up in the morning unto (red radius) mount Sinai, and present thyself there to me in the top of the mount. And no man shall come up with thee, neither let any (Perseus or Gemini) man be seen throughout all the (red radius) mount; neither let the (Aries) flocks nor (Taurus) herds feed before that (red radius) mount" (34:1-3) till Moses "hewed two (lunar) tables of stone like unto the first; and (Ophiuchus) Moses rose up early in the (sun on red radius horizon) morning, and went up unto (red radius) mount Sinai, as the (Shekinah) Lord had commanded him, and took in his hand the two (lunar) tables of stone" (34:4) is 360° or 24 hours to hew two stone tablets and climb back up Mount Sinai.

34:1 And the (Shekinah) Lord said unto (Ophiuchus) Moses, Hew thee two (lunar) tables of stone like unto the first: and I will write upon these (lunar) tables the words that were in the first tables, which thou (red radius) brakest.

2 And be ready in the (sun on red radius horizon) morning, and come up in the morning unto (red radius) mount Sinai, and present thyself there to me in the top of the mount.

3 And no man shall come up with thee, neither let any (Perseus or Gemini) man be seen throughout all the (red radius) mount; neither let the (Aries) flocks nor (Taurus) herds feed before that (red radius) mount.

4 And he hewed two (lunar) tables of stone like unto the first; and (Ophiuchus) Moses rose up early in the (sun on red radius horizon) morning, and went up unto (red radius) mount Sinai, as the (Shekinah) Lord had commanded him, and took in his hand the two (lunar) tables of stone.

5 And the Lord descended in the (Milky Way) cloud, and stood with him there, and proclaimed the name of the Lord.

6 And the (Shekinah) Lord passed by before him, and proclaimed, The Lord, The Lord God, merciful and gracious, longsuffering, and abundant in goodness and truth,

7 Keeping mercy for thousands, forgiving iniquity and transgression and sin, and that will by no means clear the guilty; visiting the iniquity of the (Gemini) fathers upon the (Gemini) children, and upon the (Gemini) children's children, unto the third and to the fourth generation.

8 And (Ophiuchus) Moses made haste, and bowed his head toward the earth, and worshipped.

9 And he said, If now I have found grace in thy (lunar eyeballs) sight, O Lord, let my Lord, I pray thee, go among us; for it is a (red radius) stiffnecked (Gemini) people; and pardon our iniquity and our sin, and take us for thine inheritance.

10 And he said, Behold, I make a covenant: before all thy (Gemini) people I will do marvels, such as have not been done in all the earth, nor in any nation: and all the people among which thou art shall (lunar eyeballs) see the work of the (Shekinah) Lord: for it is a terrible thing that I will do with thee.

11 Observe thou that which I command thee this day: behold, I drive out before thee the Amorite, and the Canaanite, and the Hittite, and the Perizzite, and the Hivite, and the Jebusite..

12 Take heed to thyself, lest thou make a covenant with the (Gemini) inhabitants of the land whither thou goest, lest it be for a snare in the midst of thee:

13 But ye shall (Hercules and Perseus) destroy their (lunar and solar) altars, break their (red radius fertility) images, and cut down their groves:

What Are the "Groves"?

Groves were not trees on a hillside because 2 Kings 23:6 mentions how King Josiah took a grove out of the house of the Lord, burned it and stamped it into powder. How could he do that to a clump of trees? Also 2 Kings 23:6 speaks of the grove in the singular tense. It was something Josiah could pick up. He hated it so much that he burned it and ground it into bits. In every instance except for one (Gen. 21:33 -- where eshel refers to a tree that Abraham planted for shade in hot, dry Beersheba), the Old Testament Hebrew word for "grove" is asherah. This word refers to an image or symbol dedicated to the ancient pagan goddess Astarte. The various other scriptures always mention these groves in connection with idols, images and pagan worship. A few examples are 2 Kings 17:16,21:7, Exodus 34:13, 2 Chronicles 14:3, Isaiah 17:8 and Jeremiah 17:2. These groves, or asherahs, were symbols of a pagan goddess called Astarte. The groves were posts, pillars, images or denuded and stripped trees dedicated to the worship of this woman. All of the heathen nations worshipped Astarte through these images. When the Israelites came into the land of these pagan peoples, they soon adopted this practice in their worship, also. This was idolatry, which God condemned. To honor Astarte, men and women practiced prostitution, and roused themselves to spiritual frenzy through wild dances and self-mutilation. Not only did the people bow down to the symbols of the queen of fertility, but they carried on a virtual orgy before these images. That is why Josiah smashed the grove he brought out of the Temple. He knew it was an abomination to Almighty God in heaven. It may surprise you to know that millions of people carry on this satanic worship today! The asherahs or groves were symbols of fertility used in pagan idolatrous worship of Astarte. They have been brought down through the generations until now, by millions who have knowingly or ignorantly been duped into worshiping her. Astounding as it may seem, you may have many of these symbols or groves right in your hometown. They have spread the world over, and stand in mute dedication to the "queen of heaven" -- the great whore named Astarte. They are simply OBELISKS, or upright towers, representing the male sex organ. In ancient times, they were usually erected on a higher rise of ground, called in your Bible a "high place" (I Kings 14:23, II Chronicles 17:6). They were put at the place of worship. Today they are still used at places of worship in churches of the world, in the form of STEEPLES perched on top of the church buildings themselves. We find the following in a book titled Pagan and Christian Creeds by Edward Carpenter: "As to the LINGAM as representing the male organ, in some form or the other - as upright stone or pillar or OBELISK or slender round tower - it occurs all over the world, notably in Ireland, and forms such a memorial of adoration paid by early folk to the great emblem and instrument of human fertility, as cannot be mistaken" (page 183). Sometimes at the very peak of the steeple a cross is attached, supposedly in commemoration of Jesus Christ's death on the cross. However, the truth is that the cross, too, represents the male member. The well-known T- shaped cross was in use in pagan lands long before Christianity, as a symbol of the male member. The Bible nowhere tells us to use crosses in worshiping God. On the contrary, the Second Commandment forbids the use of any graven image in worship of God (Exodus 20:4-6). Think how deluded and deceived the world is! People enter the "church of their choice" every week, believing they are worshiping God, when they are merely sitting in a "high place" with an asherah or grove poised over their heads as the symbol of the "goddess of fertility." They do not know what they are worshiping (John 4:22). Satan is a clever deceiver and liar who has blinded the entire world (II Corinthians 4:4, Revelation 12:9). You have been shown the truth, and instead of worshiping a false god with symbols, steeples and groves, you can worship the true God in spirit and in truth (John 4:23).

14 For thou shalt worship no other god: for the (Shekinah) Lord, whose name is Jealous, is a jealous God:

15 Lest thou make a covenant with the (Gemini) inhabitants of the land, and they go a whoring after their (red radius) gods, and do (solar) sacrifice unto their (red radius) gods, and one (red radius) call thee, and thou eat of his sacrifice;

16 And thou take of their (Gemini) daughters unto thy (Gemini) sons, and their (Gemini) daughters go a whoring after their (red radius) gods, and make thy (Gemini) sons go a whoring after their (red radius) gods.

17 Thou shalt make thee no (solar) molten (red radius) gods.

18 The feast of unleavened (lunar) bread shalt thou keep. Seven days thou shalt eat unleavened bread (420° starting from Perseus), as I commanded thee, in the time of the month Abib: for in the month Abib thou camest out from Egypt.

19 All that openeth the matrix (red radius womb) is mine; and every firstling among thy (Taurus) cattle, whether (Taurus) ox or (Aries) sheep, that is male.

20 But the firstling of an ass thou shalt redeem with a (Aries) lamb: and if thou redeem him not, then shalt thou (red radius) break his neck. All the firstborn of thy (Gemini) sons thou shalt redeem. And none shall appear before me empty.

21 Six days thou shalt work, but on the seventh day thou shalt rest (420° starting from Perseus): in earing time and in harvest thou shalt rest.

22 And thou shalt observe the feast of weeks, of the firstfruits of wheat harvest, and the feast of ingathering at the year's end.

23 Thrice in the year shall all your (Gemini) menchildren appear before the Lord God, the God of Israel.

24 For I will cast out the nations before thee, and enlarge thy borders: neither shall any man desire thy land, when thou shalt go up to appear before the Lord thy God (red radius) thrice in the year.

25 Thou shalt not offer the (red radius) blood of my (solar) sacrifice with (lunar) leaven; neither shall the sacrifice of the feast of the (Aries) passover be left unto the (sun on red radius horizon) morning.

26 The first of the (solar or lunar) firstfruits of thy land thou shalt bring unto the (red radius) house of the Lord thy God. Thou shalt not (solar) seethe a (Taurus) kid in his mother's (lunar) milk.

27 And the (Shekinah) Lord said unto (Ophiuchus) Moses, (red radius) Write thou these words: for after the tenor of these words I have made a covenant with thee and with (Gemini) Israel.

28 And he was there with the Lord forty days and forty nights; he did neither eat (solar golden) bread, nor drink (lunar) water. And he wrote upon the (lunar) tables the words of the covenant, the ten commandments.

29 And it came to pass, when (Ophiuchus) Moses came down from (red radius) mount Sinai with the two (lunar) tables of testimony in Moses' hand, when he came down from the mount, that Moses wist not that the skin of his face (solar) shone while he talked with him.

30 And when (Hercules) Aaron and all the (Gemini) children of Israel saw (Ophiuchus) Moses, behold, the skin of his face (solar) shone; and they were afraid to come nigh him.

31 And (Ophiuchus) Moses (red radius) called unto them; and (Hercules) Aaron and all the (Gemini) rulers of the congregation returned unto him: and Moses talked with them.

32 And afterward all the (Gemini) children of Israel came nigh: and he gave them in commandment all that the (Shekinah) Lord had spoken with him in (red radius) mount Sinai.

33 And till Moses had done speaking with them, he put a (lunar) vail on his (Ophiuchus) (solar) face.

34 But when Moses went in before the Lord to (red radius) speak with him, he took the (lunar) vail off, until he came out. And he came out, and spake unto the (Gemini) children of Israel that which he was commanded.

35 And the (Gemini) children of Israel saw the face of (Ophiuchus) Moses, that the skin of Moses' face (solar) shone: and Moses put the (lunar) vail upon his face again, until he went in to speak with him.

What's Wrong With Pornography?

"Whosoever looketh on a WOMAN to LUST after her hath committed ADULTERY with her already in his heart" (Matt. 5:28). How can this be, when SEX APPEAL is the very basis of WANTING any WOMAN? A man must WANT, LUST AFTER, and DESIRE a WOMAN first, BEFORE getting married. The answer is that the Greek word "GUNE" can mean either WOMAN or WIFE, depending on the CONTEXT. It is not possible to commit ADULTERY if both the man and woman are UNMARRIED, so "GUNE" means WIFE in this verse. It is LAWFUL and NECESSARY to LUST AFTER a SINGLE WOMAN. It is NOT LAWFUL to LUST AFTER a MARRIED WOMAN. Before buying an expensive automobile, most men READ all about it. They LOOK at pictures of it. They EXAMINE it without damaging it. Before getting married, many men do the same with their fiancees. They take them to the beach or to a pool party. The woman is partially EXPOSED by the swimsuit. This mild form of "pornography" allows the man to "examine the merchandise" BEFORE purchasing. This mild form of "pornography" thereby minimizes "returns and exchanges." This is Biblical and harmless. This is ONE SIDE of the pornography question.

But what about the other side? "Pornography" means "the writing of harlots" according to the Oxford Dictionary (from Greek porn ‘prostitute’ + graphein ‘write’). Pornography is "suggestive." Nudity suggests sexual permissiveness. Those who view pornography want to have sex. Pornography creates a demand for sex. Not with their wife -- for most viewers are young and unmarried. Sex with harlots. Married men who view pornography are tempted to commit adultery. The truth is that an increase in pornography is directly related to SEXUAL CRIMES, VENEREAL DISEASE and ILLEGITIMATE BIRTHS. Free sex is not free. It comes with a price. Over the years as pornography has gained acceptance, single motherhood has jumped dramatically — “in 2010 nearly 60 percent of all births in the U.S. were to single mothers,” while “in 1964, 93 percent of children born in the United States were born to married parents.” (Heritage Foundation study entitled “Marriage: America’s Greatest Weapon Against Child Poverty”). Along with pornography, "the Pill" was also responsible for the sexual revolution of the 1960s.

Just as children who play with matches are likely to get burned, children who play with pornography are likely to fornicate or commit adultery -- and have unwanted births. It has often been said, "You are what you read." If you know what a person reads, you can pretty well determine his character -- or lack of it. A single volume can deeply influence the course of a person's life. Good books can uplift, inspire and stimulate to success and happiness. Is it logical to believe, then, that page after page of naked women does not influence a man toward actions of fornication, adultery or rape? What a young, immature person reads, sees, ponders and absorbs into his mind certainly does affect his character development, and his behavior. I Corinthians 15:33 says, "Do not be deceived: ‘Evil company corrupts good morals.'"

As one publisher of pornography concluded: "When I first started, we published a book about Harry Truman and the Pendergast machine. I thought it was great, and I set up a $10,000 advertising budget. The book lost $40,000. A few years later, we did a big book about Viet-Nam, with an introduction by Senator Fulbright. It laid the biggest egg of the year. But when we brought out Candy, people were lined up to buy it. I was as stupid as any publisher who thinks he can create a market. I can't make you want to read anything; all I can do as a publisher is EXPLOIT your NEED. I've never lost money on a SEX book -- that should be some indication of what the public wants."

Where does the Bible specifically condemn pornography? Leviticus 18:6 says, "None of you shall approach to any that is near of kin to him, to UNCOVER their NAKEDNESS: I am the LORD." Leviticus 18 is clear that seeing anyone's nakedness outside the marriage bond is a perversion. David SAW Bathsheba NAKED and was enticed to sin (II Samuel 11:2-5). In Ezekiel 16:43, God commands, "And you shall not commit LEWDNESS in addition to all your abominations." Habakkuk 2:15-16 says, "Woe unto him that giveth his neighbour drink, that puttest thy bottle to him, and makest him drunken also, that thou mayest LOOK on their NAKEDNESS!" Also naked female statues and images were worshipped. Numbers 33:52 says, "Then ye shall drive out all the inhabitants of the land from before you, and destroy all their (fertility) PICTURES, and destroy all their molten (fertility) IMAGES, and quite pluck down all their (sexual) high places." Deuteronomy 7:5-6 says, "But thus shall ye deal with them; ye shall destroy their altars, and break down their (fertility) IMAGES, and cut down their groves, and burn their graven (fertility) IMAGES with fire. For thou art an holy people unto the Lord thy God: the Lord thy God hath chosen thee to be a special people unto himself, above all people that are upon the face of the earth." As with any holy people, Jewish athletes insisted on a loin-cloth (compare 2 Maccabees 4:12, 13), and compulsory nudity was the extreme of shame and humiliation (Isaiah 20:2-4 Lamentations 1:8 Hosea 2:3 Nahum 3:5, etc.). "Having eyes full of adultery and that cannot cease from sin, beguiling unstable souls. They have a heart trained in covetous practices, and are accursed children." (2 Peter 2:14). The apostles condemned peddlers of pornography (Ephesians 4:29; 5:3-6; Jude 7). Paul said, "Flee sexual immorality" (I Corinthians 6:18). It is unwise to hang around people, places or situations that tempt us into sex sins (Proverbs 5:3-14; Genesis 39:7-12). When we flirt with temptation, we can end up as an ox going to slaughter (Proverbs 7:6-27). Avoid carnal desire (Ephesians 4:17-22; Matthew 5:28).

"You carry a god about with you, and are unconscious of it.... It is within yourself you carry him, and profane him, without being sensible of it, by impure thoughts and unclean actions." (Epict. 2:8)

"Cease to make yourselves slaves, first of things, and then, on their account, of the men who have it in their power either to bestow them or take them away." (Epict. 3:20)

"'Is it your opinion' said Socrates, 'that liberty is a fair and valuable possession?' 'So valuable,' replied Euthydemus, 'that I know of nothing more precious.' 'But he who is so far overcome by sensual pleasure that he is not able to practise what is the best, and consequently the most eligible, do you count this man free, Euthydemus?' 'Far from it,' replied the other. 'You think then,' said Socrates, 'that freedom consists in being able to do what is right; and slavery, in not being able; whatever may be the cause that deprives us of the power?' 'I do most certainly.' 'The debauchee then you must suppose is in this state of slavery?' 'I do, and with good reason.'" (Xenophen Memorab. 4:5)

"Show me the man who is not a slave. One is a slave to lust; another to covetousness; another to ambition; and all to fear. I can shew you ... a very rich man a slave to his handmaid; and many a young nobleman, the very bond-slave of a player. No slavery is more infamous than that which is voluntary." (Seneca Epist. 47)

"Formerly the body was only a servant; but now it is waited on as an imperious lord; the natural mean which bounded all desires with a supply of necessaries is quite forsaken." (Seneca Epist. 131)

"Accustom yourself to command the belly, sleep, lust, and anger." (Pythagoras Aur. Car. 9)

"Do not idolatrize; beauty's a flower,
Which springs and withers almost in an hour."
(William Smith)

Sin A Poisoned Hook

O poisoned hook that lurks in sugared bait,
O pleasures vain that in this world are found,
Which like a subtle thief do lie in wait,
To swallow man in sink of sin profound:
O kings and peers, beware of this deceit,
And be not in this gulf of pleasure drowned:
The time will come, and I must tell you all,
When these your joys shall bitter seem as gall.
Then turn your cloth of gold to clothes of hairs,
Your feasts to fasts, to sorrows turn your songs,
Your wanton toys and smilings into tears,
To restitution turn your doing wrongs;
Your fond secureness turn to godly fears,
And know that vengeance unto God belongs;
Who, when he comes to judge the souls of men,
It will be late alas to mend it then.
Then shall the virtuous man shine like the sun;
Then shall the vicious man repent his pleasure;
Then one good deed of alms sincerely done
Shall be more worth than mines of Indian treasure;
Then sentence shall be given which none shall shun,
Then God shall weigh and pay our deeds by measure:
Unfortunate, and thrice accursed, they
Whom fond delights do make forget that day.
